The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.

Incorrect addresses and service disruptions: While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, Saxony Clothing cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Authority To Leave/Signature Release: This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave your package on the property if or when nobody is there to receive it. This means a signature is not required upon delivery. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Saxony Clothing. is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen unless during transit. We advise you to select "Signature Required" if there is nowhere safe to leave a parcel.
